April Taylor

April Taylor serves as our Vice President of Surgical Services for Alli. April has worked in healthcare for 26 years as an RN. She oversees the perioperative areas for St. Francis Medical Center and P&S Surgery and Heart Center.

April started her nursing career in 1995 after graduating with her Bachelors of Science and Nursing from Grambling State University. Her professional career began in 1998 when she started working in the operating room at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. It was there that she learned her passion for nursing was in the operating room. She served as coordinator of the heart team at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. In 2003 she transitioned to P&S Surgical Hospital as a Circulator. In 2008 she became the manager for the Operating Room at P&S and held that position until she became the Senior Director for Surgical Services. In January 2022 she became Vice President of Procedural Services.

April is married to David Taylor and has two children Cody and Cade. She is member of North Monroe Baptist Church. April enjoys spending time with her family and staying in shape by running and going to the gym.
